If so,
I use it but I ran out the toothpaste that comes with the kit (I guess I used to much of it lol) and I couldn’t find any at the store and it instructions says you are recommended to use the before and after you use the whitening gel so do you think it would be alright to use a different toothpaste (and a different brand)?

I think the hole is where the tooth on the top of the mouth would rest on the tooth from the bottom of the mouth. It doesn't seem to be on the side of the tooth.

My densist told me I brush too hard, so on the side of my teeth (left and right bottom) it is really sore to brush. I am using a soft bristled brush, but how can I avoid this? How long does it take for the pain to go away?

When brushing with an electric toothbrush, is it better to actually brush your teeth (in an up and down motion), or to just hold the brush against each tooth and allow it to spin?

I've had these bizarre oral ulcers on the tip of my tongue and occasionally on the side for the past month (come and go). They start out looking just like a canker sore or a swollen taste bud and then quickly swell up very large become extremely painful and cause the surrounding area to be white/red. I've been to the doctor's three times already and have been treated for thrush. I have also been tested for STD's in my mouth and came out negative. It was suggested to me that they were stress ulcers but would they seriously last this long- with no relief? Any ideas?

My two front teeth have been bothering me for the past 2 days. I don't know why this is happening. I'm not bleaching, or whitening my teeth. Everytime I drink anything cold or hot, i get that dull sensation, and I bugs me so much! Can I just grab a pair of pliers and yank them right off? My mother-in-law says it might be my toothpaste. But i'm using BreathRx toothpaste, so its not like its anything harsh. I checked the ingredients and it has the same sodium fluoride content, or something like that. Am I going to live?

Anyone? Anyone??!!!!!

Any tips on finding a decent dentist. My one has decided to go on a career break. Is there a general number anyone knows of, like an NHS phone line or something. Appreciate any advice.

My daughter is having her wisdom teeth out today and I already have some Vicodin here. I'd rather not buy more, but I am not sure if what I have is too old to use or not. I've heard that the medication is actually good for several years. Does anyone know? Thanks!!!

Should I just get my toothbrush and in a painful frenzy brush all the gum from over the bits that havent poked through yet?

I used to have healthy gums but recently i noticed that my gums are receding and have turned a pale pink to white color instead of the usual red. What gives? To make things worse, my gums bleed everyday, even when i am not brushing my teeth. HELP! What's wrong? I brush regulary 2x a day and use mouthwash 1x a day.
