from 2 years before, i am facing this problem. on that space when i press the thing like sybum comes out which smell very very bad. i have shown doctors but they says it is normal. it will repair automatically. now 2 years gone. will it be convert to any drastic deaseage. I have fear to much about it.

Your question is difficult to read but I do know what it means to have a bad smelling wound. It is obviously infected and you should get some antibiotics from your doctor. I don't know if it will be drastic or not but if it has been open for two years, then bacteria are the cause.

If it erupts at a difficult angle a flap of gum can grow over it, if food traps it can stagnate and causes it to become inflamed and sore, and you get a bad taste in your mouth, its called pericoronitis. ITS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!!!!! You will need to see your dentist for some antibiotics and you will probably need to have the tooth extracted at some point to save this problem happening again.
