I have 3 years completed education in dentistry from Russia.Are there any way to work as a dental hygienest?

Do you speak English well? You would have to take the licensing examination. I would suggest that you go to http://www.adha.org/ , a web site for dental hygienists, and explore the licensure requirements. You might also want to inquire from a dental hygienist at a local dentist's office if she could refer you to someone who could help you. A large hospital or university might also have information available to you. What state do you now live in?
