how can I increase my hand strength?
I have some muscle, in my arms and stuff, but i can never seem to keep a grip on anything or make a good fist.
is there anyway i can increase my hand/finger strength?

What happened is I ordered this product called "Celebrity Sexy Lips" (It's a lip plumper) I was reading what I thougt was a ligitimate review of the product, which of course said it was the best out there. So I quickly odered it. I even fell for the 3 for 60.00 deal. After I ordered it I realized I was reading a advertisement and not a real review at all. So, when I googled for the real reviews everyone said that it really sucked. When I tried to cancel it, it wouldn't let me. So, my only choice it to return it once I get it in the mail. Should I send it back taking a chance that they will actually give me my money back, or should I just keep the stupid stuff? They did also say they would throw in three tubes of teeth whitener, which I wonder if that will even work. Anyway, I guess I'm worried because I already feel duped from this company. I'm soo mad I hate wasting my money! What do ya'll think?

This project designs a remote turning and patting bed for nursing home and hospitals. It can prevent bedsore problems without turning back by people. Therefore, it can reduce the hard work of nursing staff. By using the technical of image capture, if the sleep location is too far off bed center, a warning signal will let staff know that it is necessary to move the patient to the center of the bed to be more efficient for turning and patting.

I am quite near-sighted and have worn glasses (now contacts) since childhood. I had planned to get LASIK as soon as my Rx became stable. Recently I came across some Web sites made by LASIK "victims" who claim to have had some terrible, permanent side effects (dry eye, double vision). Anyone here had a similar experience, or know someone who has?

I'm 15 and i was eating my pizza like 3 weeks ago and then i felt something attach to my teath and then it felt like a string and it let go and slizzered down my throat 1 week later my stomach felt funny and i think i may have a tape worm my mom says if i had 1 i would be eating alot of surgar yall i play football i cant live threw this with a doubt about if i have 1 or not please o please someone help me let me know. its been 1 month and my stomach still feels funny my parents wonte take it seriously but im in need.

My friend who is 41 years old was evicted from his home in november and has no place to live. He has lived with his mom his whole life and cant take care of himself do to his mental capacities. He also has a severe drinking problem. He gets ssi every month. Are there any programs that will help him. Sobriety isnt really what I am asking about here. I need to find a program that will help house him and possibly administer meds, remind him about showers ect.... thanks peeps

My mom is 48 and i am 16. for the first time a couple months ago my mom told me she had breast implants since before i was born. i was absolutely SHOCKED!!!!! then she went on to tell me how my grandma, my aunt, and my mom's cousin all have them too. then i was ultra shocked...i always thought i would have bigger breasts like them and was starting to wonder why they are so small. i am A or AA. heck i don't know. i think i want them when i get older. it makes me feel selfconscious sometimes. what age could i get them? how could i ask my mom? i only want something proportional to my body. like B cup. i am 5'11" and 135 lbs.

Lyrica( spelling may be wrong) is the first fibromyalgia drug approved by the government. It sure seems to help the pain. Since Chronic Fatigue and Fibromaylgia are considered to be the same, try it for chronic fatigue too. Have you tried it and did it work for you?

Everytime i make a quick movement i get these wierd sharp itches that feel liek needles poking me. I have no i dea what this is! i havetried lotionbut its no good. Can a cardiac event monitor show false bradycardia? It shows the pulse rate on the machine, and everytime id look, it would be like 40s-50's and even 30s upon waking. Can those machines show false bradycardia?

I am 24, almost 25, 5'3, 190lbs and wear a 36DD bra. I used to weigh 250 and wore a 38D then, but when I lost weight, I went up a cup size. I am still losing weight and working at it harder, wanting to tone up and build muscle through exercise instead of just dieting now. I really want to be able to have my chest shrink up without having to have breast reduction surgery. How likely is it that my bust will shrink if I get down to, say 140 lbs when I grew losing 60 lbs?

ok. here's the deal.

my periods are always usually exactly the same day every month. if it isnt its usually only a day off.

last month it was the 29th. month before: 29th. month before THAT 28th. etc. etc....

it is ALWAYS heavy the first day of my period. and 90 something percent of the time it always starts in the morning.

me and my husband had unprotected sex on the 25th, christmas. today i was supposed to start [29th] BUT i didnt start in the morning. so i thot maybe id be a day late. but TONIGHT i went to the bathroom and it was VERY light bleeding. like brownish on the pad and like a few drops pinkish when i wiped. [TMI.... sorry lol] this is weird bc its usually ALWAYS heavy and in the morning the first day. im not bleeding anymore for now. it was just that little bit. as a matter of fact, i have NEVER bled that little on the first day. BUT i had a little bit of cramps a little bit ago.

could this be a sign of pregnancy??

Lily, my 5 month old Boston Terrier has been coughing for about 4 days and has watery RED eyes and a slightly runny nose. She seems energetic and her crazy lil self still...it's just the symptoms above. She was treated for it about 3 weeks ago when we first got her and the vet gave her some cough syrup and an antibiotics called Clavimix (sp??) and it seemed to work, but now a week later it seems to be back...any suggestions, tips, advice, stories?? Does this sound like something different?

Well since about a few months ago I have had this on and off problem. I throw up randomly usually in the shower.It is not a lot the most I have thrown up was like 1/4 cup I know this sounds really gross but I would really appreciate some helpful answers. Most of the time I can hold it back but I really would rather not. I haven't had any major things in my life change or anything so I am really lost. Wel actually I was diagnosed w/ depression back in Oct. but I feel a lot better now I didn't take any ati-depressants or go to a srhink I am just a lot happier now, thankfully. I tryied telling my mom about it a couple of months ago but I was smilling when I was telling her it so she though that I was just doing it for attention which mad me sad. Sometimes I laugh or smile when I am nervous so that really stinks. The thing is I don't feel dizzy or sick after I throw up I feel fine and it hasn't affected my wieght at all. I am 13 105-110 lbs and 5' 2".Should I be worried?

Now I know that viruses don't really have "cures", but I can't think of the word presently. When I woke up, I just had a really bad fever going up to 105 degrees. Then, my arms and my legs were almost completely asleep, like I couldn't control them, except for my fingers.
I went to see the doctor, and accidentally threw-up (tossed my cookies) on him. That didn't exactly make him that happy, but his assistant told me that they weren't quite sure about this virus I had, and to check back tomorrow. However, I got a call from them that informed me they had already checked with their affiliates, and nobody knew about this. Apparently there were some symptoms I hadn't noticed, which I was notified about. I was supposed to answer a medical survey to verify the problem, or something like that.
I just got back, but now I have trouble breathing, I feel like my legs are little twigs, and I can't walk.

I would like to hear more, but I'm scared, so I would like to know from all of you.

There are some moments that i just don't seem to care what will happen at the same time i just seem to loose all energy and interest. my friends are always going out and having fun and when they ask me to go with them i just loose all interest and end up not going. this also affected me in college, i had a paper due and i had lot of time to do it, but i every time i end up doing in on the last day (around 12:00 am) and instead of a "A" i get a "C"i know if i try i will get a good grade but i keep loosing interest and don't put enough effort in to it. for some reason i loose interest in daily activities and when i plan to go some where i keep skipping it to the next day. Other then going to school and work i don't seem to be interested in anything else.

any help will be fine. tnx

Tonight while I was at work I had numbness / tingling in my toes on my right foot for about an hour or so. Then once my toes quit feeling numb my right arm started having the same numb feeling and it lasted in my arm for about 30 minutes. I have never felt this before. I am an 18 year old male.
