for six years i have been an all-star cheerleader and have had a harsh workout for many hours a week. my senior year has come and i have stopped cheerleading and focused on school, not that i have just finished high school this semester, i am going to start to work out every day, as wwell as improve my eating habits. i havent gained much weight, i am just not as toned and i also would like to lose more weight in addition to gaining my six pack back. what foods, fruits and veggies in particular, should i incorporate into my diet. what machines sould i use to help tone muscles, and what machines should i use to help burn fat fast? and how should i alterate what muscles i work on in order to make the workout beneficial?
