What happens if u accidentally made a little cut on your penis head with a razor?

You cut the penis HEAD with the razor? Its not normal to have hairs growing out of the head of the penis, so why you were even going near that part of the penis in the first place...
Anyway, depends how big the cut is. If its just a little nip then leave it to heal, put a tiny bit of antiseptic cream on it as well perhaps.

It will likely heal fairly quickly on its own. It will hurt a little and you shouldn't try to have sex until it does heal, but I don't think it's particularly serious as you have described it.

Keep the affected area as clean as possible and you might consider an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin if the cut is slow to heal.

This tissue regenerates more quickly than some other parts of the body.

See a doctor if there is any infection after a few days.

Treat it like any other cut - put some pressure on it to stop the bleeding. Use a band-aid if necessary.
