Tonight while I was at work I had numbness / tingling in my toes on my right foot for about an hour or so. Then once my toes quit feeling numb my right arm started having the same numb feeling and it lasted in my arm for about 30 minutes. I have never felt this before. I am an 18 year old male. What could cause this?

This could be anything from a pinched nerve to an issue with your nutrition. It's a bad idea to get medical advice online. Your best bet is to go to the doctor if it continues.

sounds like a neurological issue maybe... get to a doctor. i experienced this when i had a disc pressing on my spinal cord due to too many car accidents. one can only take so many cases of whiplash!

THIS IS NORMAL. EAT 1 FULLY BOILED EGG, FOR A FEW DAYS, SHOULD HELP PREVENT IT FROM COMING BAK. ITS LACK OF VITMINS, IF NOT..CONTACT DOC ASAP.
