I was not always fat. In 5th grade i started getting made fun of so i went home and i pretty much ate my sorrows away. I am 5' 8. I really want to loose weight to gain more confedence in myself. But the problem is i am so hungry all the time! I will eat like 5 pieces of pizza and in an hour i will be starving again! I dont want to do weight watchers because i dont have time to make a lunch every morning and go to the stupid meetings! I dont have P.E. or weights this year so i get like no exersize at all! I have a member ship to a Gym but im not old enought to go in by myself. I dont want to go exersize with my MOTHER! So please help me! i need some tips to stop eating so much and to stop eating all the time! I weight like 230! I want at least get down to 180! HELP!

But because I've never had glasses before I didn't really know what the optometrist was talking about when he said one of her eyes is 9 and the other is 6. Also, I don't mind her having to wear glasses seeing that glasses aren't ugly like they used to be and we found a really cute pink pair that she really likes. But the doctor said there will be some magnification. Does this mean that her eyes are going to look huge like coke bottle glasses?

Hi, well like 2 days ago i decided to be dumb and use some old nair on my upper lip. After like 2 minutes it started to burn but i jus t thought that was the nair working. I left it on there for 10 mins. When i took it off it looked like patches or holes were burnt into my skin. Ive been putting neosporen on it and covering it with powder foundation. How long is it going take for the burn to go away and will it leave a scar?And is there anything i can do to heal it faster?

I sprained my ankle mildly a few years ago(but I never saw a doctor I was 9)and didn't really have any effects untill recently.My ankle always pops out when I run. and last night I stepped down the stairs and I had a really bad pain just under the toes in the right foot. Now my ankle isn't really swollen it's just a little rounder than the other one. whenever I keep it still it hurts alot to move it. I moved it today in a circle and it hurts so bad like a sprain. My ankle feels loose when you move it but stiff and painful at the same time. just sitting here I can feel pain near the top of my foot near my ankle. should I wrap it in an ace bandage. I can sort of run but it hurts and walking is a little painful I got up from my chair and practically fell as I walked to the next room because my ankle was so stiff/painful. should I wrap it in an ace bandage or what. what's wrong(do you think) I'm 14 years old.

Recently my Doctor has prescribed the Fentanyl Patch for me for chronic pain after having a Spinal Fusion surgery. This morphine patch is for mild to severe chronic pain and must be worn for 72 hours. Those of you out there that is familiar with this Duragesic Patch, how do you keep them on? Does anyone have any tips, advice or suggestions? I am currently going to a Pain Clinic about every three weeks and will be doing so for quite sometime. Fusion takes up to a year. But trying to keep this patch on is quite a struggle. As stated earlier, please, if anyone out there has ANY experience with these and how to keep them on your upper arms, please share your experience. Currently, I do use the 3M medical tape. IF I AM LUCKY, it will stay on the 72 hours and through my showers, but I never know what to expect from one patch to another. Thankyou in advance for any advice you may have!

I downloaded a bunch of 90's one hit wonders that made me think back on good times in my life. And I have gotten really depressed because I am now 24 years old and cant believe I been out of high school for almost 7 years now. I feel like my life has become a waste because I am still stuck on what will I do in life just like I was when I was 17. I feel like my life is passing me by on just plotting and thinking. Everyone in my family has glasses, but I lucked out and don't have them. But starting this year it has been hard to read things on computer screens and tv's and digital alarm clocks. We have powerpoints that our teacher puts notes on and puts it up on the computer screen but I have to move pretty close to be able to see it but otherwise it is blurry. And when I look at digital alarm clocks and it very blurry and tv's i can't read the words on it far away. My sight isn't THAT bad but is this going to get worse?
