No.

Judeo-Christian tradition has taught for thousands of years:
1. Single people should be celibate.
2. Married people should be faithful to each other (adultery is wrong).

The Catholic Church recognizes the power of sex when it teaches, "Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul."

Chastity means the successful integration of sexuality within the person. A chaste person's body and spirit lives in unity and opposes any behavior that would impair that unity.

Masturbation is contrary to the human dignity of the person, anyone about whom the person has lustful thoughts, and the dignity of human sexuality.

For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 2352 and following: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt3sect2chpt2art6.htm#2352

With love in Christ.

No it is not a sin it is a normal practice. Your penis is a muscle and thus has to be exercised or it will atrophy. Sperm has a life span of 4 to 6 weeks, dies and is replaced with new sperm. If you are not having sex or masturbating; don't have strenuous exercise or work the accumulated sperm dies which is the natural process and is expelled when you urinate first thing in the a.m.; it is discoloured, thick and painful (like peeing razor blades) decreasing in this on each urination throughout the day for a day or two. As far as religion goes, droping your seed on the ground to me is interpreted not to waste it on loose women, have unwanted children.

Well in the Bible it tells man that "letting one's seed fall" is a sin. This means that if sperm comes out and it is not intended to make a baby, it's a sin. Though I'm a practicing Catholic, I ask God to forgive me everytime I do it and I try not to do it as much as I used to. I hope he understands.

It's fine. At least you aren't raping little boys. I'm sure that angers God more than jerking off.
