i was molested when i was 9 by a relative of my father. i've been hiding it for so long. i did not seek for help right away, i thought i could forget about being molested and move on. but i was wrong. i often get flashbacks about being sexually abused as a child. i feel so ashamed and filthy. i want to talk to my counselor to see what advice she can give. i'm afraid that she would report it. it happened ten years ago before i came to america, do you think my counselor would tell the police about this?

what is the worst "date" you have ever had with a chick. and by date I mean after the dinner and drinks. u get my drift?? ok - mine was i took this chick home, start fooling around and almost knocked my socks off when the pants came down.somethinh crawled up there and died. Ok so my friend laurie gets her period around the end of the month and she always throws up NON STOP around 2 days before and throws up everyday till her cycle is over....(cant hold any type of food or water down for about 3 days then they take her to the ER and stuff but once her period is over shes fine and dandy).....she checked with her doctor and said she is fine but she is really worried and so am i because it really sucks for her.....like she gets seriously ill....any advice or explanations? shes 13 and has had her period for about a year...other syptoms are fever running nose head ache stomach ache please help!...(btw her doctor didnt perscribe anything for her whats going on?)..is it just over active hormones or something? Please no stupid answers this is serious. your answers are apperciated=]Thanks

I was planning to take Saw Palmetto...but I also take Trinessa birth control pill.Can both of them be taken together..?? It will be really helpful if somebody can tell me everything about taking both the medicines together....whether there are any side-effects and what kind of side effects.

Last month i was at the gym, and i was working on this ab machine, it's like a crucher type thing, i don't know the real name of it. Anyway, I was crunching about 22 lbs, but the lady told me to do less weight with more reps, so i went down to 11 lbs and i do 2 sets of 50.

The lady also said if i would have stuck with the big weights, then the muscle underneath my fat would push out my stomach fat making it harder to lose it.

Is this true?
I'm almost starting to believe it is.
How do i get rid of the stomach fat, I mean I do cardio, should i do less on weights and focus on cardio for a while?

my little brother who has downs syndrome is eating the fish pills with omega-3, i guess its good for them. Ive read that its actually supposed to make your cholestorol lower, thus you lose weight, or get "balanced" But after he started taking the pills, both my mom and I noticed him getting a little fat, like drooping down over his underwear like a beer belly haah. but it might be cuz hes eating other pills at the same time, not sure.....

A dentist I saw for the first time informed me from the x-rays taken that I had tartar build-up below the gumline on only the mesial of one tooth. In other words, he informed that all the other surfaces (of all my teeth) were tartar free (at least below the gumline).

He did not do a visual exam. And he took only bitewing x-rays which, I understand, give a picture only of what is going on in between the teeth. The implication, to me, is that he would have had to take a set of FULL-tooth (periapical) x-rays in order to reach his conclusion. Am I wrong?

My father is 63 years old, in general good health. he is helping me raide my daughter since i escaped an abusive marriage. he is still working, and frankly has too since his proffession has always made enough to just make ends meet but not save a whole lot.
anyway, ten days ago he was diagnosed with pneumonia. his only symptoms were a high fever and mild pain when breathing very deep, but a chest x ray confirmed the diagnosis. oral and injected antibiotics, both taken daily and twice a week IV antibiotics were completely inneffective, and yesterday, when his fever hit 102.5 despite the treatment he was hospitalized. the pleura seems inflames on the x ray, not sure what that signifies.he is on 4 different IV antibiotics. this morning his fever was down to 99 at last but by this afternoon was back up to 100.3.
i feel sick with worry. i have been praying, but being a foolish mortal, i need someone who has knowlage in this area to tell me how worried i ought to be. will he be OK?
