When i first started working on arms i did lots of chin ups, then i hit 20+ and went to Concentration curls and ez bar(80), i was able to max curl 62.5lbs(one 2.5 weight added only to one side :/).
Now i've restarted (after a pulled tricep right arm 5 months passed)and was just curling 45s standing, and doing some ez curl bars, and i noticed that my concentration curls were quite low. When i focus mostly on Concentration curls though, i cant do too many standing curls. I think that concentration curls make me able to lift higher weight(55lbs full range, 60lbs 60% range) but i feel like standing curls make my biceps burn more even though im doing 4 sets of 8 reps. Am i doing my seated curls wrong, or is it just power vs endurance(standing) im really at a loss. Sorry for explaining this so poorly, heh. I want to gain power and keep some endurance in my biceps. Thanks.
