I am currently 27 years old, 5'6 154 pounds. I just want to eat right and less, and walk for 30 minutes a day. I need serious answers b/c I need to lose the 5 pounds of fat.

well there are tons of unhealthy things you can do. ie... the cabbage soup diet, the lemonade diet. I wouldn't reccomend them. The best thing to do is DRINK WATER! I mean tons. also, eat chicken without the skin, fish, fresh and cooked vegies, and fruit. Stay away from sweets, refined carbs like white bread, white flour, and fast food. I lost alot of weight when I just cut out drinking softdrinks. (diet and non diet. ) If you can find the time to walk at a brisk pace for just 30 minutes a day 4 or 5 times a week you will be amazed.

If you need to lose the weight that quickly, try the Atkins Diet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atkins_diet ) or South Beach Diet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Beach_Diet ). Although some people recommend them as a lifestyle, I would use them strictly as a one-time quick fix.

In order to lose the weight slowly, but in a healthy way that is more difficult to gain it back, try a balanced diet filled with fresh or frozen fruits and veggies, low fat dairy, lean meats (stay away from red meat if you can), low in startch, and high in 100% whole weat bread, pasta, and rice. Limit yourself to one bad meal and a couple bad snacks per week (or none at all is even better). Stay clear of foods and drinks that have added sodium or sugar, and any form of corn syrup is a BIG NO NO! Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday, which you can make more interesting with Crystal Light, Sugar-Free Koolaid, and sugar-free lipton tea mix (that's what I do).

The walking is a great idea, and swimming (if available) can give you a full-body workout. But if exercise must be placed on the back burner, this healthy diet is still very effective and good for you.

If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you. But, they can get you into the best shape of your life. This company is amazing.

You can lose 5 lbs, but certainly not by Monday, December 3. Walking, stretching, lifting weights. Watching what you eat, drinking lots of water. There is always, time to do some exercise, if not you have to find the time.

You will be so glad you did. You will feel so much better and look better for it.

Well with 5-10 mins of spare time daily you can do abdominal exercises, good way to lose some weight and a little on the waist, also dont eat fast food, try and stick to healthy choices of fuits and vegetables.
