not sure. they got clories. and would not make u full much. u becomes hungry fast. nest think u know, u'r eating another, and another. by the end u probably eats like about 500 clories and still hungry. i say no; it's not good to eat if u'r trying to loose wait. eats salads and things.

actually, a small handful of nuts and dried fruit are good at satisfying hunger. they contain los of fibre which gives the body a sense of satiety for longer. just dont overindulge

I would stick to walnuts and almonds, they have omega 3s (healthy fats) and are a quality source of protein!

no, they are full of starch, sugars, and oils. if you burn a penut is burns quickly. this shows that it is full of things you don't want in your body.
