Does PMS usually come before, during or after a withdrawal bleed if you are on birth control? My symptoms are starting, and I just finished my "period." I also stopped my BC 5 days before my "period" was due, and had unprotected sex a couple of times 2-3 days before stopping the pill. Could I be pregnant even if I had a withdrawal bleed? I stopped the BC due to its side effects, and didn't have any unprotected sex after that (just wanted to put that out there).

Yes, PMS can come before, during, or after a withdrawal bleed if on the pill. This can also occur because of withdrawing from the pill itself (had this happen to me once).

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
