Water makes you throw up? or want to? Well stay away from a lot of pop, and maybe drink Kool-aid, something to flavor the water

Start and end each day with a glass of water. Drinking water should not make you want to throw up, either... that's an odd reaction. Maybe the water you are drinking is not particularly good. Try bottled.

Drinking water everyday before breakfast can also reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, cancer, stress, etc..
It is reccommended that we are to drink 8 glasses of water everymorning. For you not to throw up... Drink 2 glasses first for the first day then gradually increase the number of glasses until you reach 8 glasses or more. Don't force yourself when you feel throwing up. Don't use water which is too cold.
You can also replenish water in your body from fruits. There are many variety of fruits that contains lots of water i.e. watermelon, orange, apple, etc.
Dehydration may lead to coma and permanent brain damage. I highly advice you to make it a routine to drink alot of water. Carry with you a bottle of water always. Just do it everyday.. eventually it will become your habit and you don't have to remember it anymore.

pack a water bottle like you do your cell phone, don't leave home with out it. while it sounds like you are on the extreme end of the scale 70% of Americans are chronically dehydrated this leads to chronic fatigue and in many cases false hunger pangs which leads to overeating.

actually if you're a big gum chewer like me, some sports stores sell hyfrating gum or you could drink other things than water. if you're a student carry a REUSABLE bottle filled with juice or iced tea.
