ok , so i have lost about 40 pounds and it is probably the best thing that i have ever done but im still struggling with difficult fat on my chest. i have tried doing push ups, dips,bench press and they have made the slightest difference. Well i have 2 questions
1. does being fat then loosing weight keep ur man boobs?
2.will dropping 10 lbs be helpful?

you can't spot reduce fat, so push ups, benching, etc. will have absolutely no effect on fat loss in that area.

you will probably have to get down to close to 12% body fat to see most of your chest fat go. depending on the cause(s) you may have some slight gyno.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

NO. featuring turning out to be previous 40-50 and not keeping up with understanding. attempt working on on the floor. On a tread mill all you're doing is combating your self from falling. you will get a lots greater suitable burn for all your muscle tissues. And, you will no longer have that falling forward feeling after wards.
