at least 3 times a day, a random spot on my fingers will start throbbing and doesnt go away for like 5 minutes, it hurts like hell, and is pretty annoying when ur having a great time and the next ur doubled over in pain

also muscles in my upper arm start twitching, and I can actually watch them spazz and it looks like in flexing randomly

im a 13 y/o girl

my hands are always freezing

and if it matters im a vegetarian

i was babysitting these kids tonight and their dog was outside, sitting by the bay window in front of the kitchen table. I looked into the dogs eyes very intensely and then started talking to him through my mind. i said "Sampson, if you can hear me, go walk to the back of the yard and sit" and he auctually did it!!!! then i told him to walk to the back door AND HE DID THAT TOO!!! once is a coincidence but twice is just scary! i never said anything out loud.. it was all through my head! im really scared.. am i going mental!/ whats happening to me!!! I`m thirteen years old and I`m 110-pounds. While it doesn`t seem like I`m too fat, I think i LOOK pretty chubby. When my boyfriend picks me up he says I`m really light. I constantly feel as if my vascular/circulatory system is malfunctioning, or not working well enough. I tire quite easily, little exertion causes my heart to race, and serious exercise causes me nausea, dizziness, and sometimes, vomiting. I feel my blood pumping through me in "shocks" or "waves" every minute or two, like it is struggling.

I also feel thirsty quite constantly.

I smoke and drink, but besides those two things, I don't have many bad things I do to myself. I am 20.

What could these things mean? I'm constantly uncomfortable because of them, and I fear they mean something worse will follow.
