random hand throbbing?

at least 3 times a day, a random spot on my fingers will start throbbing and doesnt go away for like 5 minutes, it hurts like hell, and is pretty annoying when ur having a great time and the next ur doubled over in pain

also muscles in my upper arm start twitching, and I can actually watch them spazz and it looks like in flexing randomly

im a 13 y/o girl

my hands are always freezing

and if it matters im a vegetarian

the left arm tends to twitch, but the left is the one that tends to throb

what arm? if it is right you mught want to get that checked out

It sounds like this is a neurological problem. I would go to a neurologist or a spine specialist.
