Does anybody have any comments about USANA vitamins, minerals, & antioxidants,?

I took Usana for a little over a year and in that time I never once got sick so I know for a fact that it works. It is a little costly though so I stopped. Also I only took one a day instead I think it tells you to take 2. It is really good stuff.

Hi Cindy, I used USANA supplements for over a year and was pleased with them.

They are a little costly but it's worth it if they make you feel better.

Two concerns I have with the USANA products. They have no digestive enzymes in their product, nor do they have digestive enzymes as an added supplement.

While I was on USANA products I was concerned by my bowel movements. Although I had many bowel movements each day, they were not normal. They were very small in diameter and this went on for the entire year that I was using the Essentials. I always wonder why, I've never been able to figure that out, it's like there was a blockage in my bowels.

I've never had that before, or since, only while on the USANA supplements.

Their skin care line is excellent, called Sensei. I had my son use my cleanser and serum intensive when he started to have acne and the acne disappeared, thank god.

my husband has been taking them for two weeks now and he is less moody. I hadn't noticed until he said something, but now that he said something, he is less moody. He says he actually feels less irritated.

The Nutrimeal is really awesome. It tastes great. I don't know how many flavors they have but I have Dutch Chocolate. As of right now, I can't say too much about the products since we are so new to them
