I was dancing in movement class and I stepped on it strange. I think I heard some cracks. I made an appt. at the doctors for next tuesday. Thats a week away. I walked on it all day yesterday and now I cry when I even stand on it. Do i go to the ER and get an X-ray or wait until next Tuesday. Is there anything else I can do besdies ice it and elevate it? Should i get an ACE bandage or something like that? Should I take advil or pain releavers I haven't yet.

I've been really sick lately with a sore throat and cough, and i was wondering if there are types of food i can avoid that has possibly made it worse. Also what kinds of food can i eat that will make it better, or relieve the pain of my throat?

My bra size was 36B last year, and I just remeasured myself recently and found that now I should be wearing a 36C. I am 15 years old. Is this normal/reasonable, or was I maybe measuring wrong last year? Thank you.

My fiance has been having major problems with his back. He has had increased lower back pain since he has joined the Army. Well, he went in for X-rays of his back and previously, what they thought was an extra vertibrae, turned out to be a calcium build up. That's not all, they took a side view X-Ray and it showed that he has no lumbar curvature in his spine at all! What normal people have is a slightly curved spine when looking at a side view, his is as flat as a carpender's dream. He wants to know if there is a medical term for this condition, what the risks are, and what the possible (if any) fixes are. He has never had any back surgery. Somebody please help!

i am not feelin well and get dizzy easily and shortness of breath. feels like my heart rate is a little elevated. and stif neak. i am goin 2 the doctor 2morrow and am worried its something serious. i have tried mortrion to relieve my pain but it doesn't do anything. what do think is wrong with me and what medication can i take to relieve me 4 a little while.

I just had a baby in june, my third one, since then i've had all sorts of problems going and such, i was treated for uti, and bv, but im still gettin problems as far as going #2 goes. I'm always nausiated, tired and i really feel pregnant again, but I know I'm not I've been not able to do anything for months and I'm on the depo. My stomach is always doing flips and when I wake in the morning as soon as I stand up I feel like i drank a full pot of coffee, I dont know whats going on Iasked my doctor what it could be and he's not sure. does anyone know why I could be feeling like this?

for the past 2 days i've been having pain in my hips not cramps but on my hip bone.i didn't fall or hit it against anything and if i did then there would be a bruise but there isn't everytime i put pressure on my foot my hip starts hurting and i can't walk.do you think it's growing pains or did i actually hurt myself?

I woke up yesterday with this swelling. I could not breathe through my mouth although I could still breathe through my nose. I immediately went to the emergency room. They suspected an allergic reaction. Treatment rendered was epinephrine spray and this reduced the size about 2/3. I was also given a steriod shot (medrol). I just did blood work for a full series of possible allergens...any thoughts???

I have been on Suboxone for approximately one month and have decided to stop taking it and see if I can live healthy without it. It has been 192 hours since my last dose and I am still feeling WD symptoms. Any idea of when I will start to feel normal again? I have a constant, dull pain in my back and my sleep at night sucks. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

from the top of my head i can remember prozac, effexor, sertraline - and currently Adofen. my problem is that i need to take them but have in the past stopped taking them (which has resulted in my being ill again) because they affect my ability to reach orgasm. has anyone else found this and any advice on brands which might not affect this!!
Anyone else had similar experience??

I've been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now and he has mild cerebral palsy. He gets these 'cold chills'. That's what he calls them, but he doesn't know what causes them. He gets them frequently. When he's woken up, when he is driving, and when he is not 'cold'. Just at random times. He won't go to a doctor to ask about them and told me that he's had them for a long time. I just want to know if maybe these could be small seizures? It's scary because if he gets them while he is driving he could lose control of the car, and I just don't want to see him get hurt. Is it normal for someone with CP?

I have pain in the top of my foot , just the top and one of my toes its been more than three weeks and its not getting better and its starting to hurt when i walk. Its not bursed or swolling i did bang it a couple of times but not marks i tried ice tyenol, IB porfein ,etc not workin either but it hurts bad what could it be ,etc

I'm getting a breast reduction in December. I am going from a G cup to a C cup (I'm 5'3" and 120 lbs). I have never had anything major done before and I am really, really nervous. Has anyone had this done? Can you tell me what I can expect emotionally? Physically? Reactions from other people? Anything would be helpful.
