told me she up set because she use some one body pee be she took some hydrocodone for her back pain and it was'nt her meds

The reason she was not allowed to flush the toilet is because she could have been flushing away something that was used to tamper with the specimen or something that was used to bring the specimen from another person.
If she was using prescription drugs that she does not have a prescription for then she is breaking the law. The company has no way of knowing whether or not she just borrowed some drugs from a person who does have a prescription or if she has a drug problem.
