How many kicks would it take in the balls, to give a guy medical problems? How bad would the medical problems be, after a guy gets kicked in the balls so many times?

Sure. A severe blow of any kind could cause some bleeding in the urinary or reproductive system. Any injury this severe needs real medical attention as soon as possible, not home self-help measures. Wasting time could result in permanent damge, if you get my drift. If blood supply is cut off either from the injury or from swelling, things can die.

Only one if done properly. There could be very bad med. problems, including tumors and impotency, if a guy gets kicked in the balls a lot and hard.

Wow, nice question, on so many disturbing levels, why would you be asking?
The number of separate traumas is in-material to the force and area of the trauma. "Medical problems" could result from one kick and probably would depending on the delivery of the blow. I would not do this for fun, etc. Cartoons aren't real...

One could be enough, if it was in just the right place, or hard enough. The most sever medical problem I can think of is a crushed testicle. Which is extremly painful, but not life-threatening. The testicle would have to be removed, and the blood vessels closed off, but he would still be fertile, albeit a little lopsided.

One this kid I went to highschool with had to have one removed because two kids held him down while a girl kicked him just once. The kid sued and made quite a bit of money.

Walk down the street and pick out a chick with a SMOKING HOT BOD and a TOUGH face.
Ask her for directions and while talking to her, go ahead and grab her boobs repeatably.
Stand firm with your legs apart and wait.
