I have pain in the top of my foot , just the top and one of my toes its been more than three weeks and its not getting better and its starting to hurt when i walk. Its not bursed or swolling i did bang it a couple of times but not marks i tried ice tyenol, IB porfein ,etc not workin either but it hurts bad what could it be ,etc

Three weeks, did you try changing your shoes? I suggest you see a Doc, because three weeks is really long enough.

it may be a neuroma (a swollen nerve) if by pressing your foot you feel or hear a click and stimulate the pain it can be that. Solution cushion shoes, avoid high heels and ice ( the ice is anestesic and anti inflammatory). See a podiatrist for special padding. Neuromas when treated on time can be self limited.

Soak your feet in Epsom salts and a nice hot foot bath. Use a bowl or a basin. You can do this while watching TV, listening to music, or reading a magazine.
