B vitamins are good. They promote a more stable emotion and make you a bit happier. B-6 and B12.
Otherwise, there are prescription drugs, but those cause other issues and should only be used for problems and not mild swings of emotions.

the fact that you are reaching out is good. you need to find out what is causing these disorders--go to a doctor and ask for tests to be done. also if you are opposed to man-made drugs, you can use herbal and aroma therepy. they have helped me a lot with my issues.

go see a psycholigist. they will set you up for some counceling and get you on an anti depressant
