If ? = young age....and u are just beginning to masterbate then yes i hurts a little...but by the time ur 23 ud want it to hurt real bad...cause it makes u more horny...If ur 23 already and it still hurts then u need to see a doctor..oh and its quite normal to have 1 ball larger than then other:)

testicles ar enot designed to be the same size, one is always larger - just check any guy who will let you and you will see this for yoruself. Note though that some guys have more of a differtence in testicle size than others. Often it is not really all that noticable unles syou are examining them closely.

As for pain when tryign to masturbate, it may not be easy to pin down th ereason with out knowing more. But if you are circumcised, it may simply be the friction of a rough hand on a tender penis head. If that is the case try using a lubricant (store bought or even vegetable oil from the kitchen) to make things slide more easily. If you have foreskin and it hurts, then it may be a super sensitive glans/head that need conditioning before it will enjoy the stroking. Then again it is possible you are just being way too rough on yoru penis and regardles sof foreskin or not you may be causing the pain yourself.

Although the arrogant people who insist that "everybody" masturbates will tell you otherwise, many people go their entire lives without masturbating and it doesn't harm them in any way. Don't push it. If you want to do it, it's harmless -- it's your body and you can do what you want with it. But you don't have to do anything sexual that you don't want to. If it hurts, you probably aren't ready.

Having balls different in size is normal.
