I cant seem to lose weigth, im 194cm and weigh 93kg's. I have three meals a day consisting of cerial for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, and meat and veges at tea, i dont snack and only drink water.
I play golf 2 times a week, as well as cricket/soccer training, and the game depending on the season, im active and do lots of stuff, im well built and do some weights training. but i cant seem to lose excess body weight help me lol?
