For cardio, the best 20 minute one that I'm aware of is Turbo Jam. There's one 20 min workout on one of their DVDs. All other workouts are 40-50 mins, but that one is definitely good, esp if you use weighted gloves. See if you can get a copy from a friend, if all you're interested in is the 20 minute bit. They advertise the full program on beachbody.com

For what conditioning, muscel toning, etc?

But I find you burn the most calories and get the best work out runnin ghte full 20 minutes.
