I have heard that they are and I want to get to the bottom of this. I drink about 1 energy drink a month (if even that). Some also told me that Taurine is bad for you from what I have read it sounds good. If someone can show me some websites or tell me somewhere I can go to get some information that would be great. i have recently stopped smoking and all I wanna do is eat =] i try and stay busy with work and all but, it isn't helping i stay hungry and i don"t know why..so i was wondering if anyone knew of any kinds of food i could eat that wasn't as fattening or not fattening at all..because i don't wanna gain a lot of weight..i have been trying too just eat rice but, it's beginning too get old i wanna try different things i eat fruit and things like that but i just need an idea of some foods that may fill me up but wont cause me too gain alot fo weight..thanks

my elder bro and me share thesame bath room, just a few minutes ago i mastubate in the bathroom using condoms as i try to practice my penis to have sex. i throw the condom and the wrapper in the bowl and it got stoucked up..it will no loger flush the water is full in the bowl and the condom can be seen under the water. my mom would find out and im in deep trouble. what will i do. if my mom will find out she will freak out that i mastubate using condom when im only 16. please help

So, everyday I take 3 vitamins:

-Centrum [multi-vitamin]
-Vitamin E [400 I.U.]
-Vitamin C [500 mg.]

I take them all at once.

Is that fine, or should I take them individually [like every hour]?

A dog bit my thumb, my skin is punctured, and my nail dented

Blood is flowing under the nail. Less than half of my thumb is purple. It throbs but not enough to cry about it.

What should I do? Help meee! I don't wanna go to the doctors.

I had bacterial vaginosis 2 times. It would appear to me that having sex caused the infection, because I was perfectly fine before I had sex. I got BV for the first time, did the treatment, I had sex a while later and got BV again about 2 months after the first. Now I'm wondering, since I plan on getting pregnant soon, I am scared that the BV will come back while I'm pregnant. How can I make sure that I won't get BV again? I heard that having BV while pregnant can cause serious complications during pregnancy. Has anyone been pregnant and had BV at the same time? Was the baby ok physically and mentally?

Do i have anxiety or what? I get nervous about an hour before I do something [hang out with friends, movies etc.] and i get diarrhea and feel sick. And it always happens. If I do have anxiety, do i need to see a doctor [money is not a problem], get help?

This has happened to a few of my friends....they get the shot and then they get sick from it. lol....and they aren't usually sickly so they probably wouldn't even have gotten sick in the first place. The shots are free as employee benefits...or what not...so they just decide to get them. Did the flu shot make YOU sick at all?

I have been SO tired for about a week in a half. I have been sleeping enough. Today I was so tired I woke up at 9:30 and stayed up till 12:30 and slept till 5 this evening and I am still tired. i take medz every nite for my shoulder & back pains... it's 2 800mg IBP and a muscle realxer... i mean i feel better and i fall asleep, but sleep for like 11-13hrs afterwards... but is it too much to take???

A friend said that homeopathic remedies work well for specific emotional issues. From what research i have done online tonight i came up with belladona but i dont know...i know nothing of homeopathy except that you need to tell all symptoms so here are as many as i can think of.
my symptoms are:
anger when waking up
anger when spoken to
anger pretty much all the time unless im alone or sleeping
now and again ill get so angry that ill pace one room for an entire hour and then end up screaming and throwing things, kicking and punching walls.
other symptoms when angry are-
dont like to be touched
severe headache
heavy breathing
pulling hair
muttering
needing to "get out"
onset is sometimes unpredictable- suddently change from being ok to very angry for no reason or for something silly. It is uncontrolable.
I hope i have given enough symptoms.
I have been on over 12 drugs for depression and im never going back there.

How much would it cost a visit and how many visits would I need (mild OCD)? I know you can get social assistance for things like that, but I'm not poor...just no left over money right now (mortgage, car payments, groceries, etc.). My work plan covers everything except psychiatry...I don't know why, I even have a referral from a doctor. But it does cover $200 for a psychologist...but they can't give medication, I guess they can provide some help. Also I'm fully covered for counseling, but I don't know what good that is going to be. I guess what I need to know is the cost and how many visits I need...then I can start saving.
