So, everyday I take 3 vitamins:

-Centrum [multi-vitamin]
-Vitamin E [400 I.U.]
-Vitamin C [500 mg.]

I take them all at once.

Is that fine, or should I take them individually [like every hour]?

All at once with food preferable in the morning. Make sure you eat all the food groups so all the necessary components are available or the vitamins are wasted.

What are Enzymes? Enzymes are protein based sustances found in every cell of every plant and animal. Millions of these tiny enzymes work throughout our bodies causing reactions to take place... aiding our breathing, circulation, digestion... helping to reduce inflammation, fight disease, look good, and live longer. Enzymes are catalysts, they either start or accelerate chemical reactions. They occur naturally in our bodies, and can be found in the food we eat, especially in non-processed, unheated fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains.

If i have them naturally and eat them with my food, why should i take enzyme supplements?
As we age, the activity level and quantity of our enzymes decreases. Even if we all ate the USDA recommended 3-5 servings of vegetables and 2-3 servings of fruit daily (only 10% of Americans actually do), the fruit and vegetables that most of us have access to have been in storage for at least a day or two. The enzymatic level of food is reduced by storage, as well as pesticides and other toxins in our food, water, and air. As an aside, if you are interested in ridding your body of these toxins, read about BodyPure here.

What symptoms can be associated with enzyme deficiency?
According to Dr Anthony J Cichoke, fatigue, heartburn, indegestion, allergies, gas, and weight problems can all be symptoms of a lack of enzymes (usually as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle). Dr Chicoke tells us that "Supplemental enzymes can aid digestion, dissolve blood clots, fight back paindecrease swelling, speed up healing, fight wrinkles, clean surfaces of dirty wounds, help in delicate surgery, ease hindered breathingstimulate the immune system... Enzymes are being added to toothpaste for more cleaning power and to skin and nail products to make you look better..."

How can I make sure to have plenty of enzymes in my body?
Eat plenty of fresh, unheated, non-processed, organically grown, enzyme rich foods (pineapple and papaya are 2 examples of particularly enzyme rich foods). Even with a perfect diet, however, you may have a problem digesting or absorbing the nutrients in your food. And even with perfect digestion, you may have a cholesterol buildup or immune system deficiency. In any of these cases, supplemental enzymes can be extremely beneficial.

Where can I get supplemental enzymes?
Right here. BodyZyme are Dr. Recommended, extra strength, systemic enzyme supplements.
