At the Health Food store or in the Vitamin section of the supermarket, you can buy Garlic, Horseradish and Histadine tablets.

I have just started taking these myself as the Chemist one's don't work. These are doing the trick and don't have any of those horrible side effects.

Definately try the NETI POT, it sounds rediculious I know I know, but BELIEVE ME I've had allergies since I was 2 yrs old, and have been taking Rx medications like Claritin & Zyrtec to help assist with my severe allergies which this time of year for me is the worst, but my Anatomy & Physiology teacher recommended to us that if anyone had mild to severe nasal/sinus problems such as asthma and allergies, to try a Neti Pot. Also I don't know if you watch Oprah or not, but Dr. Oz that is often on her show, had recommended it while on her show, and the results from the audience and the people at home that watched, was that the sales in Neti Pots went up an amazing amount overnight becuase of Dr. Oz. So I really hope you would consider trying one and if not, you may want to opt for a Rx from your doctor, since the allergies are work related, and you don't want that to cause more health problems for yourself later on in life. Hope I could help Good Luck and Try the Neti Pot and let me know if it works for you. Kristin

Garlic is good for people with sinus problems.

If you take 3 to 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules a day that should help a bit.
