i want to keep mine after they take it off, its water proof, i want to keep it because i went to a concert and it got singed by a guy from the band.
do people keep casts??? or not??

My experience has been that the inside of the cast is often pretty stinky from all the sweating that went on inside it for the past 6-8 weeks. The odor encouraged me to dispose of my souvenir casts quickly.
On the other hand... if it was a particularly good band, that might make all the difference in the world!

Sure lots of people keep their casts. Just tell them before they start cutting it off and they will be real careful with it and give it to you when they are done.

Sure, you can keep it. Just let them know before they start cutting and if you know, the exact location of the specific signature you are trying to keep.
