There is no way other than surgical. A hymenoplasty is your only real alternative.
Hymenoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to repair and reconstruct the thin, ring-like skin membrane partially covering the opening of the vagina, known as the “hymen.” It is made of elastic and fibrous tissue. Bleeding occurs when the hymen tears, which is typically the result of a woman’s first experience with intercourse, so this type of surgery will pull the tissue back together to restore a “virgin-like” quality.
Hymenoplasty generally takes about one to two hours, with patients able to return to work the next day. Restoration of the hymen is done on an outpatient basis, under local anesthesia or sedation

The only way I know to repair a hymen is by a plastic surgeon. Even if you had a repair done you would still not be a virgin since you have evidently had sex. There is no way to repair it without surgery. The best thing to do is be truthful.....

You can't repair your hymen. If you are set to marry a man through arrangement by your parents, tell the man, if he asks, that you were born without a hymen. Many women are. If you are not in a situation where your non-virginal status (assuming you aren't a virgin) is dangerous to you, then the man will get over it. Just don't say you're a virgin if you're not, and if you are, and you tore your hymen through means other than sex, it's o.k. It has nothing to do with your virginity. How sad that people are so obsessed with this nonsense.

Sorry but you are looking for the impossible. Are you afraid that somebody might find out that your hymen is gone and think less of you? I hope not because they shouldn't!

I think a bit of blood in a container, and a loud cry, would be about the same thing. Problem solved.
