Yes they can still have an orgasm. They still produce semen just that the sperm can't get to the semen. The operation is called a vasectomy. Also an orgasm is different that ejaculation.

A vasectomy simply involves snipping and cauterizing the tubes leading to the testicles. A man can have orgasms/ejaculations just like he always did. A bit less comes out, and the feeling is reduced slightly, but still the same. The same fluid comes out, it just has no sperm in it.

Sunflower is right...
Sperm are carried in semen, which is actually produced by the prostate. So yes, men can still orgasm if they have had a vasectomy.
that's what it is called when a man gets the operation...
a vasectomy
Good luck

Sperm and semen are different. Sperm refers to the actual sperm cells themselves. These cells are in semen, the white fluid that's expressed on ejaculation. Even if a man has had a vasectomy he still can have a normal fulfilling sex life.

yes that operation just stops the flow of sperms fro m testis to prostate and hence in ejacualtion. but sprems are being produced in testis stil land reabsorbed by body. semen come sout as well as before and almost no change in amount. boys have same pleasure and orgasm .they dont feel anything lacking. sperm have to do nothing with pleasure. pleasure comes from passing of fluid out of proestate and massage of Pc muscles. so no differenc ocurrs with this operation

men still have the ability to ejaculate but no sperm comes out, i would suggest always wearing a condom though because, this operation has been know not to work theres still a chance of having kids, and to protect from any STD's.

Most people have got it right, I just want to be a bit pedantic and correct a small issue. Semen is made up of two things, Sperm and "seminal plasma" So after the snip (or tie) men don't still ejaculate semen, they only ejaculate "seminal plasma"
But yes, he can still c u m and you still have a damp patch that one of you have to sleep on ;-)

Yes and more so after because now they know they can fool around and not worry about getting anyone pregnant. They still ejaculate but not with live sperm.
