ok let me try to explain this as cleary as i can 3 weeks ago i shook me head about 10 mins after that i got a bad bad headache it was there for about 5 days intill my mom took me to the er they said nothing was wrong and gave me some pain pills witch i dindt take soon after that my body started jerking my arms legs neck it is soo anooying i feel like i want to jump out my skin also my neck was very stiff..so my mom took me to my docter he said i looked fine but if it didnt go away in a few days go see a nerouglist..well thats what i did...he siad he didnt think anything is wrong with me..and now im stuck im 15 and have disturbing symtoms of the jerking..shakeing stiff neck..bad dizzyness i feel weak...i feel liek im dieing my legs are killing me expecially in my knees and ankles and my calfs..and now people think im makeing it up..please whats wrong with me

i know its bad to stretch a cold muscle, but dynamic stretching is like a deep breath movments its not like you hold it.. can you do it even if it your muscles are cold since its like a warm up and stretching?

My dad has this really weird bump on his cheek. it looks like one of those HUGE zits you get that don't even look like zits cuz their not even red/pinkish. Its like the colors of a bruise or something. its right on his cheek bone(on his face's cheek) so does anyone know what it could be?

I am not the thinnest girl at school. But i am in my wheight range for my age and hight, so i am normal. But i feel big. So i only eat breakfast and a little dinner. i totally skip lunch at school. I know this is not good, but i feel alright about it. Is that wrong, to feel good about not eating?

I am currently on antibiotics, have been on them for about a week. I am late with my period, which is not usual for me, I am usually on time. I have never had sex, I do NOT use birth control. I am almost in my twenties, so I am not new to having periods nor am I near menopause. So, can these antibiotics cause me to have a late period? This happened about two months ago when I was also on antibiotics.

I feel fat from eating a lot. This is what I had today....
Breakfast
3 Carrot Sticks

Lunch
10 ounces of water

Dinner
4 pieces of small lettuce with a drop of ranch dressing

Please, I am concerned about my weight. I am 5'1 and a whopping 70 pounds. Is this a good way to eat? I want to get rid of my boomboom thighs.

I am suppose to have 2 teaspoons a night of honey for my voice right now, because supposingly it helps your vocal cords, and im a singer am recovering from being sick and my voice teacher told me to do this, however im on a diet and i know eating ANYTHING at night is bad for you, and like im suppose to do this @ night time, so im scared its going to be bad for my diet. Men more often than not sayy they prefer curvier women, are teenage guys the same, do they like curvier girls?

Using curvey as in say a (UK) size ten/ (US) size 6 not an excuse for being large.


Or do they prefer girls with child like proprtions.

Why am I so afraid of not being able to move?

My brothers and I wrestle a lot, and sometimes, Damon (younger than me but more manly and taller) will pin me to the ground with his body, and I won't be able to move and start completely panicking.

Sometimes I'll have realistic dreams that I can't move. I'll "wake up" in the dream, be in bed, and I won't be able to move. At all. And I won't be able to talk either. Those dreams really frighten me...

What could be a reason I'm so afraid of this? Thank you so much for your help, I'd like to get over it. :]
