I'm looking for a muscle gaining product that is almost as effective as real steroids.

Try adopting a sound diet and training program. That's the only safe and effective steroid out there.

there is nothing sold over the counter that even comes close to anabolic or androgenic steroids...unless you have been training non-stop and dieting for over 10 years you aren't even close to needing anything of the sort.
increasing muscle mass is all about the diet, it's 80% of the equation. going to the gym and training is the easy part. counting calories and eating 5-7 meals daily for years on end is not. and this is exactly why very few ever come close to achieving the gains in muscle mass that they desire.

Why not just take steroids then? I mean, yeah, they're harmful and not worth it, but if you're looking for something that will be illegal next year, you really don't care about your own health. The reason some things are illegal is because they are harmful to your health, and have serious risks. If you're just looking to get a step ahead at the risks of your heath, just go all out. Its kinda like the people who ask what the best way to committ suicide is.... if you're planning to kill yourself, who cares what the best way is....you're gonna die.
