It usually will hurt for two reasons.
* There is a tissue in your vagina called the hymen and when it breaks you can usually feel it, and it most commonly bleeds during intercourse. You can also break the hymen by masturbation, tampons, and even just being active.
* Your stretching out a small whole. It usually hurts the first couple times before your body adapts.

First time sex can be painful, as the penis entering the vagina can stretch or tear the hymen (the thin layer of skin that partially covers the entrance to the vagina). Not all girls have hymens (they may have been born without one or may have broken it through sport or inserting tampons earlier in life) but if they do and it tears, a girl may bleed a little. She may also find this bleeding continues the next few times she has sex, although once the tear has healed, she shouldn't have any further problems.
Being nervous and tense the first time can mean a girl does not produce enough natural lubrication to allow easy penetration. Nerves can also cause the muscles in a girl's vagina to tense up, making penetration difficult. Both of these problems can make sex more painful.

It's like anything in life, if you plan and prepare properly you won't bleed and it won't hurt.
Other people mention the hymen in these questions, that can be broken yourself ahead of time with a finger. It's better to get that done a few weeks before so it'll have time to heal up. You may not even have it still though, it sometimes breaks on it's own and you never know it.
When the time comes, go slow, don't rush, and have fun most of all. It's not anything you want to rush into. Lubrication is important, dry skin rubbing on dry skin HURTS. Also certain muscles need time to stretch otherwise it's like trying to put your ankle behind your head with a still leg. SERIOUS owwie if you rush that part.
So if you take my advice it won't hurt, it won't bleed and you'll be fine. I hope this helps?

If you are a female, it may hurt a bit and bleed a bit the first time. But you are likely to be too involved in the process to notice.

Persona experience: it hurt a little, not a lot thou, and i bled just a little, every girl goes throu it when she is ready but its will only hurt the FIRST time after that it will feel amazing. I am married, its best to wait till you are ready thats a big step and something you can only give away once, treasure it, and give it to "the one" dont waste it
Good Luck

You could bleed...Because when your hymen breaks, then you will bleed like any other cut. I have heard that it can hurt if you hae never put anything up there before!

as long as you and your partner take it slow and easy at first and both are well lubricated..it should be alright..yes its going to hurt a little..but not bad and not for long..and yes there may be a little blood from a torn hymen if yours is intact..but again not much and not for long

well it depends how much experience youve had.. if youve been fingered before you might not bleed as much. it will probably hurt a little but if you're relaxed it shouldn't hurt that much!
