i know its bad to stretch a cold muscle, but dynamic stretching is like a deep breath movments its not like you hold it.. can you do it even if it your muscles are cold since its like a warm up and stretching?

stretching a cold muscle even with dynamic stretching can cause injury, why even take the chance. all you need to do is to warm-up the body with some light cardio for 15 minutes then start stretching.
