safe but you don't need it, creatine is for strength training. and at 13 you shouldn't be focusing on getting super strong but on learning proper form and on how to train properly and eat healthy.

I wouldn't recommend anyone your age to use creatine while it is safe you simply can't train hard enough right now to even benefit from it. best to wait until you are at least in HS for creatine.

It should be perfectly safe to ingest creatine in appropriate doses, so long as you heed the warnings associated with the product.

The real question, is why does a 13 year old require creatine? Younger individuals have a much harder time developing muscle mass to any appreciable degree because more important functions are being developed.

It would probably be a waste. Wait a few years.

I wouldnt recommend it,their are chemical balances ocurring during the stages of puberty that can be interupted, changed,or an unoccurence because of the use of creatine..............thats only an opinion as i have no medical degree

Yes it is. Don't listen to those other people. Creatine is a natural substance. You use it to gain muscle and if youre really skinny like me. You also have to eat alot of protein and work out alot.

technically, yes, but it does not really make you stronger. it just gives your muscles a higher level of water, making them APPEAR stronger. It usually gives people a bad muscle to strength ratio
