im just wondering why my lips turn deep red (as if i've put lipstick on),my nailbeds turn pinkish pink when i stayed awake at late night.Is there something wrong with me?Does is happen to anybody out there?

Hmm. Both of these are a sign of increased blood flow or blood pressure. Maybe if you were up late in a stressful way, it could cause your body to do this.
