In a day based on a 2000 calorie diet how much fat; carbs; sodium; and protein should be consumed in percentage or grams/mg? The more specific the better; such as what kinds of fat. Any help is appreciated (I'm using fitday.com). Factual answers only please. Im trying to begin a healthy lifestyle; but I'm not that educated with food and I'm trying to do it right. If I consume 2000 calories a day say by just eating pizza even though its 2000 cals I'll gain weight; what's the proper balance? Thanks a lot for everyones help.

My older sister has FM and she got fired from her job a couple years ago because of memory problems. She was taking a lot of pain pills like Percocet and then eventually Morphine. Since then she has not worked and did not even try to get disability after the first denial. Finally when she was going to end up on the streets I took her in. My question is how many people out there with FM do not work, exercise and are on these kinds of medicines? Anytime she even so much as cleans up in the house a little she sleeps and can’t move for 2 days. I have read the exercise is very important for FM sufferers and I have done a lot of research on it. I know my family has done tons more research on it than even she has. She was once a vibrant, dedicated over-achiever who now is sooooo opposite! Any thoughts or help from anyone with FM or that knows someone with it is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I drank 3 coolers and had 2 shots in 3-4 hr span of time. I have always been the one who could keep my alcohol and i always talk about how i can hold it. But that night I knew I went over my cal. limit for the day and I also had lucky charms and potato chips that night. So before I went to bed I did feel sick, because I drank to much but also I wanted to be sick because I consumed too many calories. Anyways so I kinda made myself be sick, and expected my roommate to be downstairs with the tv on, and I also left the water on to drown out the sound but she went up to bed and I know she pasted by the door, and the way our house was built u can kinda see the person from the reflection of the floor when they are by the toilet. So I'm pretty sure she saw and heard me doing this.

what should i do?

Since the kid's teeth had developed, she's always taken care of them. She visits the dentist every three months, receives her cleaning, has several fillings and sealants done and receives a new tooth brush. Yet, regardless of all the extra attention these teeth receive, they develop these dark yellow-brownish specs and that grow rapidly as if they enamel was evaporating. Her dentist swears that it's the childs's diet, too much acid, like soda. But I can atest that mom is doing everything possible to prevent decay, yet it is still occuring. I've never seen anything like this before. My daughter and her's eat the same foods, use the same brand of toothpaste, and we don't allow sweets or soda. My daughter's yet to have a cavity, but my girlfriends kid, it's like she has a disease of the teeth or soemething of that nature. What is it? She sees a general dentist since seeing a pediodontist is too expensive. Can anyone out there help us pinpoint the name of this adnormality. It's not ECC, Early Childhood Caries, or AI. Both parents teeth are fine. Help someone, please.
