If you crave it all day...... start first thing in the morning. For breakfast do not eat sugary cereal, white carbs, or any kind of sugar. Have eggs and a piece of whole wheat toast. Fruit is okay, but only if it is with eggs and toast. If you eat a yogurt make sure it is LIGHT (has less sugar). Fat free yogurt still has sugar in it so its no good for you. Your body craves sugar because you give it sugar. If you stop giving it sugar it will stop wanting it. It may take a while to break the habit but in the mean time chew sugarless gum or even sugarless candy. Eventually these cravings will subside....... but it is VERY important to start you day out right. Replace your Jams and syurps with un sweetened applesauce. The rest is all will power. Eventually that stuff will be too sweet for you. I used to love caramel and tootsie rolls. I cut out sugar because I thought it was contributing to my headaches. Now I cannot eat either of those things because they are nasty sweet! Good Luck!

okay first of all keep it out of your house for about a week, because after a while without it the cravings will start to go away.
if you just stop eating candy for a while, once you eat it you will gain a lot of weight.

so you can still eat candy, but try not eating it for about a week, then buy it in small portions.
like instead of buying a huge bag of m&ms buy the tiny bags.

hope i helped!

Don't buy it. If it's no where to be seen, it'll be easier to avoid. You could also try buying some healthier snacks that you can have when you're craving candy. Like dried fruit because it kind of has a sweet taste that might help with your craving.

Don't buy it at the supermarket when your shopping, in fact just don't even walk down that aisle that has the candy, and try to avoid sitting near vending machines during lunch.

Just think about how bad it is to eat candy. It can cause you diabetes and cavities. All it contains it sugar and more sugar. It has no good source for your body.
