I take Cialis and this helps a lot, once I'm in a girl everythign is fine but it is the actual act of penetrating which frustratingly sometimes takes me too long. Had blood tests and they are all fine.

I would rather be with a man that could hold off longer than come quicker. More satisfying. DO more foreplay with each other. If you like oral then do that for awhile. Explore with each other...then when you stick it in, go slowly, then go in deeper and penetrate nice and deep inside her. Then slowly go in and out...penetrating until you have a rhythm going.
