By removing the 'false fat' most people carry by eliminating sugar, white flour and alcohol from your diet. You can still eat whole grains, all fruits and vegies and lean protein (just don't overeat, but moderate). Most folks have at least 5 pounds of excess retained water in their system they can lose within just a couple of days by doing what I suggested above.

drink lots of water and cut out one thing. soda or bread or greasy or salty food. exercise at least 30 minutes every day. go for a walk.
