Yes - everyone should be pressed to do the best THEY can do. There are differences in the SAME sex as far as performance goes - so take gender out of the equation and go for most improvement, lowest heart rate, and things like that.

no way...on average males produce 10x more testosterone than women. so even with out training this is a substantial natural strength advantage

yup -- and then males should be forced to carry fetuses for 9 months. and have extra weights attached to their chest. oh and that menstruation thing -- that should be standardized too.
