If you want us to tell you if you've broken it or not - and you shouldn't be asking US, you should be seeing a DOCTOR - then you need to give a description of the pain and of your accident.

Without any details we are floundering in the dark here! The majority of us are not medics either! My guess is that you have probably just bruised the bottom of your spine - I'm assuming you have had some kind of a fall? You would certainly know if you had broken a bone! You wouldn't be able to walk or sit down and lying down would be agony.

Best to get an X-ray done the Emergency Room (U.S.) or A&E department (U.K.)
