I haven't been taking my iron supplements for a few months now as they upset my stomach so much. I have avoided repeat blood tests as I know the anaemia is getting worse but can not face taking the tablets. Will it sort itself out in its own time or will it continue to decline without treatment?
(I have Anorexia, my nutrition is quite poor and I am a vegetarian).

At mo suffering with major depression. the last 2 years have been a nightmare. i had a manic episode last year and was hospitalised (1st time ever experienced mania) and now in major depression. was hospitalised a few months ago as i got to a point hwere i was maasively suicidal. i also was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 9 years ago which causes me constant pain and i feel like ive been run over by a truck every day. my brain actually doesnt work - i cant think and find it very hard to concentrate. im 26 and all my friends are engaged or moving abroad living their lives and ive been literally housebound watching the world go by for like 2 years now. i have no career as can barely hold a job down and just dont see the point of living.

i also have major codependency issues and food addiction and from what ive been researching on net i think i have add and borderline personality. i was told i had polycistic ovaries and to cut sugar out my diet so all i do is eat sugar....

I got pressured by an older guy to give oral about 3 years ago, and become undressed. Since then I have not been involved in any sort of sexual activity.

I may have a BV or yeast infection right now, I am not sure yet.

Aside from that though, my ears are pierced, I wore cheap earrings, and they're really infected.

My one lymph node right beneath my right ear is swollen and has been for sometime .. not to the point you can see it, but it's definitely swollen.

My question is .. could this be a sign of HIV or could my infected ears have caused this swelling for some time??

I've always had a sore throat on and off for the past month, but that could be due to the enviornment I'm currently in.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I know you can never be sure until you physically go to the doctor, but any ideas would be really great. I'm really worried.

my cousin has semen in his hands and then he wipes it a little and he touches the curtains then the maid touches the same zone of the curtain then she scooped rice, but her hand doesn't have any sticky substance but still she hasn't washed her hands... then she washed the dishes using only water.... can that situation cause AIDS to those who use the tableware? I must remind you he is not positive in AIDS....

I was 22+ week pregnant, and had a miscarriage 28 days back. after miscarriage evacuation of my Uterous was done. and I was having pinkish discharge for 10-12 days then on 9th sept07 i got periods like bleeding......which is continuing till date. Is this my monthly cycle or on and off bleeding continues for sometime after miscarriage? plzz help. and when do i try for my next pregnancy?

Pain in the neck region through to the back and arms.

I was told to do MRI which I have done and was told that some disc in the neck is tourching the spinal cord.

my blood pressure seems somewhat reasonable during the day - but at night I think it goes quite high. I didn't measure it because I was scared to because I knew it was high. the last time I had that problem it was 162/147 AFTER I took my enalapril and waited 30 minutes. Obviously I have to call the doctors again, but I"m not sure what to tell them. the problem is during my sleep - I do better after I wake up and get going, but it's downright scary though and I need to know what to do and what to tell my doctor, I have no idea what to say to them. I'm not medical. I've been doing everything I know to do to get my bp down, and I've been telling my doctors for weeks about it. I have cut out the sodium almost completely - I've been on hydrocortisone for adrenal insufficiency but my adrenals have started to wake up - and I've been tapering down off the medication slowly - as prescribed. I'm not what is the problem and which doctor to call. thanks
