Could contract parasites, like the HIV virus
Could ingest trace amounts of environmental toxins present within the man's body (e.g. lead)
Ingesting semen orally, however, generally poses a lesser risk than assimulating it through the rectal lining, as during anal sex

Define 'accidentally' and I will tell you the 'bad effects'.
Some people's bad effects will be that they will die from it.
AIDS is nothing to play around with.
Thousands worldwide die from it each year.

Be calm!
The only important question in this case is "who he is"!
If he's a (known) guy or a just mate whose health you can suppose to be good, then don't worry. On the contrary, if he's a perfect stranger or who is having unprotected sex continuously, then your concern becomes a reality!

How many times are you going to ask this ? You should have your answer by now. You have asked it 3-4 times.
