Well you are on the way to diverticulitis, as the pouches will form in your colon, if they haven't already.
Breakfast we will attack first:
Three pieces of cut up fresh fruit with 1tablespoon of oat bran sprinkled on top, and use a juice to moisten this dish.
I large mug of fresh lemon tea, hot or cold.
No toast, or bread.
Your meals will need to be fruit, veg, and salads, until you get some normality with your bowels.
Keep off coca cola, caffeine, nuts, and seeds, cake biscuits and bread.
Use bottled water continually throughout the day, Search out diets for fibre and fluid, or you could be looking at a colonoscopy fairly soon. Good Luck with your bowels.

Best Constipation Cures

you really need to address this seriously because many long term consequences can occur if you don't. try as hard as you can to really drink a full 64 ounces of water daily. i for one hated water or thought i did and always opt for a coke or iced tea or some other thing before water. but once i get in the habit of water again - i can really feel the difference in my body and skin etc. also try a stool softener not a laxative. metamucil makes and excellent snack bar that is really just like a cookie and doesn't taste weird. push fibers -and fruits and vegis!!

u should eat more vegetables as they enhance the peristaltic movement of the GIT, but this is in normal cases. i think u should try some anti-constipation drugs and u should also keep away from stress,it would help a lot. If all this does not work then u should have a check up cause u may have intestinal blockage.

You could drink prune juice or plum juice everyday. Take Metamucil, Citrucil, or Miralax everyday (these are fiber/laxative powders found on the laxative aisle at the store).
