Hi. Im almost 33weeks pregnant and have gestational diabeties. I am doing as much as i can to keep my sugar levels to a minimum. Have you had gestational diabeties? My doc says that my baby will be born premature. Is this the case, what was your experience? Thanks

I feel stupid for asking this question. I should know. Are there any other peck exercises i can do to help build muscle there besides benching and push-ups. I need something that wouldn't really require a lot of equipment. All i have is two ten# dumbbells. (i no longer have a gym membership).

2day the most craziest thing happened to me
well this morning i woke up really late and forgot to eat breakfast and lunch. after an hour or so i started to get really dizzy. i mean everything was going blue and black. so i went to the fridge and just pick up a tomato and took a bite out of it. then my vision came back. it was so creepy

I've been trying to lose weight and build some muscle but I need to add more protein to my diet. If you know of a protein shake made especially for diabetics please let me know. I already eat plenty of fish, chicken, tofu and other lean proteins but a protein shake after a workout would be great. Thanks.

A friend went in to have damaged cheek bone repaired under twilight sedation. We were told that she would not feel or remember anything. She did, and about half way through her 4hr surgery I heard her yell from the waiting room. She yelled two other times. A nurse by me said my friend was probably dreaming. Surgery ended and the doctor said everything was fine.He explained that there was alittle problem and that he had to really use alot of force, and he had to stick his finger in her cheek to fix it. I asked about my friend screaming and he said it never happened. Even a nurse in the frontdesk heard it. My friend said she felt and remembered it all and was begging the doctor to stop the whole time.I know this it true because she told me things about the surgery that she shouldn't have known. At home she kept telling me how painful it was when the dr was sticking his finger in her cheek and she remembers screaming several times. What do we do? She can't sleep and is scared

Help!! Super frustrated, I have heaviness & fatigue in my legs & arms that is constant, at first it was legs only about a yr ago & now my arms. I feel like i'm carting aroung cement blocks for limbs. These symtoms get worse with excercise. I am uninsured and at a loss, it is completely interupting my life,just typing this my arms are limp now. I always shower at night and then if I workout I usually take a quick shower afterwards, so sometimes twice a day. I've noticed that my roommates shower once every 2 or 3 days. I think it's a little gross. Am I the weird one or are they?

I had some stomach issues, and I was vomitting a lot... And it took a toll on my teeth by wearing the enamel off. Crazy- but thats the only thing I can think of. Now my teeth are definitely not as white as they used to be. Horrible.

ok, im 14 years old. I know this doesnt sound likely for a 14 year old 2 have but i'm getting symptons...
my bra size is 34D and thats a little tight for me. i'm not sure if size has anything 2 do with possablities. once i went into 6th grade, i grew a lot.

my right nipple goes inward. this never happened before. and on my left breast, i have a tiny tiny lump thing extremly close 2 my nipple. im not sure if its part of my nipple or what. It doesn't hurt or irritate me in anyway. And it hasnt got any bigger since ive noticed it being there.

Right now im scared. am i worrying too much? im too embarrssed 2 tell my mother anything. I dont want her seeing anything.

Sorry about my spelling - The last day of my period - I had sex and the condom broke and i ran to take the planB pill and took it. I have taking it 3 times in the last 3 month . I started the BC pill after my period. I started the pill for about 10 days and now I am sick to my stomach and breasts are tender- Could I be pregent? or is it side effects to the BC pill? Plus, since I took the PlanB pill for the first time my lower back hurt so bad daily - has this happened to anyone else?

I have been playing soccer for a while now, and it seems like recently (past 1-2 years) when I run/sprint for awhile, I get major charlie horses. Why does this happen and what can I do to make them stop and not happen again? One happened today at school tryouts and I don't want it to happen tomorrow so is it possible to fix it overnight? When i was a baby, my eyes were blue. And as i grew, they remained blue. When my parents divorced when i was nine, slowly, so slowly, i didn't realise until i saw a picture of myself as a younger girl, that my eyes had changed to green. And a light, near yellowish green at that.
Is there any sources that prove that human eyes can change colour after pigmentation sets in during infancy? And what causes it?

(Also at the age of 9 around my parents divorce i started to require glasses on a permanent basis, if this helps)

I have decided on saline. Is saline more prone to leaking. Since they are not as heavy as silicone I didnt now if they would be more prone to leakage. Also do they effect breast feeding? Please only answer if you have breast implants, and if you really know. If your against implants dont write anything, or I'll just erase your answer. Thanks
