when I was in school, the goal was 25 pull ups and 50 pushups, of course, then physical fitness was a big deal in our nations schools, sadly that has seemed to decline.

that seems like a lot to me, when i was in highschool (grad of 06) i think we had to do 2 pull-ups to pass the presedential fitness thing...

you should do only 10 i wouldn't do any of those till late middle or early high school.

no no im around that age and at my skewl we have to do 28 sit ups to pass state standards....so its barely nothing
